He is passionate about helping people find faith, building a loving church and rescuing the people of Africa. Tim and his wife, Jonnel are the parents of three children, all of them nearly grown. Marsha Duckwitz Ministry Coordinator and Children's Ministry Director Marsha has lived in Northern Virginia for 30 years, serving in various capacities in the church. She has a passion for missions and children and gets excited about serving the Lord in these ministries. If you want to find Marsha this coming summer you better look outside the walls of Providence. She'll be working at an orphanage in Uganda with other members of Providence; and closer to home, she'll be hiking the Appalachian Trail and whitewater rafting with elementary age kids from Providence.
